We take care in every stage of your order - from the first cut of timber to the moment your piece arrives at your door.

📍 Where We Ship

We currently ship within the UK only (expanding into Europe and US soon). All items are packed and dispatched directly from our Cumbria workshop, with care taken at every stage.

🚚 Delivery Time

Once you have placed your order, you can expect delivery within 3–6 working days. We work with a trusted network of couriers - including DPD, UPS, and Royal Mail - to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your item is on its way.

📦 What to Expect

Your item will arrive well-protected and securely packaged. We don’t cut corners - our team wraps each piece by hand to minimise the risk of damage in transit.

⏱ If Your Order Is Late

Most deliveries arrive on time - but if your item hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, just drop us a line at hello@covessence.com with your order number. We’ll look into it straight away and make sure you’re kept informed.
